        Thanks Charles and Film Production for accomplishing an amazing day. The most memorable moments were captured in an unforgotten way.

        Charles is seldom to talk in our mind, but he translates his words into beautiful photographs. What impressed us most was his sensitiveness to aesthetic. Charles seemed shooting extemporarily but the finale was surprising. More than 50 rolls of film were consumed, but it was not a shocking number as nothing wasted. We are still talking about the fabulous pictures and videos taken by Charles and his greatest team. It is an occasion that will be long remembered.

        We actually haven’t mentioned too much about what we needed, but Charles is such trustworthy and professional – he didn’t talk too much and the scenes he caught were precise. We received the photos one week ago, we keep flipping the albums everyday and are busy with uploading them online since our parents are eager to share them with the overseas relatives and friends. We were also impressed by Film Production’s efficiency, the time of doing same-day editing above all. We had our ceremony in late afternoon, finished later than 5pm, but a totally unexpecting good video could be ready by the beginning of the banquet. It was sweet and remarkable, and caught everyone’s attention.

        We look forwards to seeing the full-cut!

        It is glad that we could take this chance to present our appreciations here and there would be no hesitations in introducing Charles and his team to our friends who would like to have their precious moments captured.

        There are many appreciations on Charles' Website about the quality of his genius photography, hence we would like to also mention the process of working with Charles has also been very pleasant. We don't live in HK and had minimal briefing before our wedding to work with him. Charles is a very straight-forward man, he knows what his wants and delivers as promised very efficiently. He is doesn't talk much but you feel so comfortable to work with him that it is so easy to have such great leap of faith for him to take photographs for our biggest event. He is quick, he doesn't forces you to stage cheesy pose and he manages to get the best expression from each and every person, including us and our numerous guests. On your big day, you want to have the best wedding photos as memory but at the same time, you want to enjoy your wedding and entertain your guests, with Charles you don't even notice he is taking all these awesome pictures while you are having fun at the wedding. Many of our friends have said these were the best wedding photos that they have seen, and to us, these photos are the BEST, and they will give us and our family the best memories forever.

        He is also very original and creative, when Eric wanted shots of Old Hong Kong as the backdrop of our wedding photos, Charles proposed all these great venues which were all very unique. It added so much characters to the photos, it meant a lot for us. And I have never looked so natural and beautiful in photos before!

        Overall, we were extremely pleased with Charles and his crew for the two days of our wedding, it was the best value for money that we have spent on the wedding (After my wedding gown :) !!!) You only get married once and you will get it right with Charles Cheung's photography, and that's why he is the man with his Maserati.

        We wanted to take a few moments to express our appreciation for the wonderful job Charles has done for us during our wedding. As we are a very detailed couple, we wanted a certain style of photography – less of the formal group photos and more captured “real” moments from a very special day. We were so lucky to choose a professional photographer like Charles, who has made an excellent job on our wedding and took an impressive number of beautiful and interesting shots, capturing so many details, including things we only know happened from seeing the pictures.

        We especially like the way he posted our pictures on the web. It is like a journal or a short movie, telling the story of our wedding.         My impression of wedding photography has always been the typical staged, lifeless shots of tedious events on a wedding day. Charles Cheung has changed all that for me. Charles brings life, excitement, color, style and class into photos with a unique sense. I have seen imitators out there while cross shopping, and none of them comes close. Charles is gifted with a special eye that he expresses through his lens. He captures all the moments you wish to cherish for life.

        You may wonder if I am related to him or if I am his friend exaggerating his talents. I never knew Charles before hiring him for my wedding, but he is definitely someone I want to be friends with, not merely for his talent, but for his immensely likable personality. Professionally, he is very serious about his work and would go above and beyond your expectations.

        Like most couples, we spent a lot of money on our wedding, but for every cent we spent on Charles, our reward is ten-folded. Even though we initially thought he was expensive, after we got our pictures back, we both agreed his is worth much more. We received endless compliments from friends and family on our wedding photos.

We can’t wait until the next event of our lives to have our pictures taken by Charles again. (I may even make one up.) You’re damn right we are going to hire him again.

        "Imagine! No matter how successful, how memorable and how beautiful a wedding event was, it would be what a miss if not able to share it out or to review it. Looking back, photographs and motion video are the only physical
thing left about this special day.

        We appreciate so much that we spent a bit more than we expected and have something we are really proud of, rather be regretful to spend little on photography because of an instant savings but have nothing vivid, memorable and presentable left.         Speaking of Charles……there’s just so much to say but if I was to limit it into a statement. I think it would be “what can I ask for more from a friend”

        Yeah Charles is my and William’s friend now but only became friends after my wedding. Why? Simply because he’s nice, real and most importantly he’s got stuff in there! I mean he’s got heart and that’s what a photographer or a video man really need besides of having professional quality of work. I mean you wouldn’t be friends with those photographers that you don’t like their work, right?

        Truthfully when I first met Charles, I thought I will just pay him for video typing after seeing his excellent videos. But guess what? I ended up paying him for snap shots, group photos and videos and NO REGRET!! My photos were really worth more than what I paid for.

        Charles (snap shots) and his team of 5 (including Match – Video, William – Group photos), they were perfect match! Each of them responsible for what they are good at and just because of their combination power, which makes my wedding to be the warmest and most memorable one.

        Let's starts from the beginning ; Charles was so intensively recommended by my friend's wife for his outstanding video-photographic work on his wedding day, I thought I should pay him a visit to see him in person and of course, his work.

        When I first met Charles, he was such a gentle yet cool dude and gave an very artistic impression. After seeing a few pieces of his work, I immediately decided that he's the one for my big day.

        Charles is definitely a talented man in photography and together with his professional team (which consisted of 4 cool dudes), I am amazed with his photographic- his pictures and images are so vivid in style and colors and he can tun a blunt looking object (like myself) into something with rich texture and sharp edges; in simple words, it can make a picture looks alive.

        Also, the music video that he created for us is not just romantic but also packed with fun and humour. I am glad that my precious moments which will last for a lifetime was so well captured in time by Charles. I can remember that my wedding guests were enjoying the video was much that a lot of them actually asked me who made the video.

        Charles, thanks again for your aspirating work for my big day. Unfortunately, I will highly unlikely to hire you to perform the same job again, but I will surely be mentioning your name if any of my friends will need to have their precious moments captured.

        Being an executive working in advertising industry over 8 years, I’ve done numerous events / TV commercials for my clients before. And, at this most important event of my life, I was highly expected the quality of videographer and was so worried when seeing other references from the market which totally not what I expected. Referred by other brides, I’ve eventually appointed Charles to be our cameraman in taking the video for our big day and lively edited the “pick-up bride” plus “registration” MTV which later broadcasted in our wedding banquet at night.

        Charles is very professional and open-minded, he’s a good listener and observer, we briefed him that what we need for the MTV is in a SWEET & FUN tone instead of just romantic. He finally picked some fun and energetic songs for the MTV that match perfectly. This was very unique and fit our style while other video production house usually only use typical love songs. All guests in our banquet (not only our friends but also the relatives) were so excited and glad in seeing the MTV about those footages in the morning and afternoon, I can still remember their smiling faces, laughter now.

        Charles, thanks again for your good work and nice job in making our wedding video so successful and I wish you every succeed in your coming performance to make other brides nice wedding video also.

        I first booked a photographer in Kamdu like all of my friends did. I had no idea of snap shot at that time. Later, I joined the newsgroup and surfed the web. I found that snap shot is what I really want. I talked to Charles about my deposit with Kamdu. He is so kind to arrange himself as camera man and find a photographer for me for taking snap shot. Therefore, the deal and deposit with Kamdu was still on. He is not like most of the shops which only offer packages. He is easy going and willing to make special arrangement for you.

        Also, he did give me a lot of advise for making the MV. I had submitted at least 5 songs to him. I really enjoy the discussions with him.

        About MV, it was taken on the wedding day. Charles used less than one hour in Gold Coast which could perfectly meet our tight schedule. The MV is ready for playing at banquet. In fact, we once thought of taking a short movie but it costs too much. Another Production would quote for 30k for a team.

        My wife and I would sincerely thanks for Charles's and his colleague's great effort for producing an EXCELLENT music video (MV) at HK International Airport as well as the LOVELY music photo slideshow and the MEMORABLE wedding video summary.

        First of all, many thanks to Charles and his colleagues' wonderful music video and wedding photos! I am so lucky to have them to be my videographer and photographer. My music video is really fantastic! It is full of happy, creative, warm and sweet scenes. The style is not only romantic, which would be just like other wedding production companies. We went to lido beach and used only one hour to take the music video on my wedding day. Then, at that night, when i watched this music video at my wedding banquet, i was so amazed by his work! All of my guests and my family are very impressed. They can deeply felt our sweetness and happiness from our video.

        I first heard and knew Charles through the wedding newsgroup and message board of the internet. Since many people highly recommended him, i made an interview with him and saw his work. Afterwards, i didn't hire him immediately because his price is over my budget, and i thought it was quite expensive at that time. However, i finally booked him on my wedding day because i wanted to have beautiful and memorable wedding photos and video. I didn't want to take the risk of missing any wonderful shot on my big day which is only ONCE in my life! And now, i can say that it is REALLY WORTH to have him! His work is so creative and unique.         Having Film Production house as our wedding video shooting is definitely a good choice for us. It worths every penny. Don't be fooled by Ah Charles's cool appearance, he is in fact very enthiusiatic at his job and strives to perform well to give the best to his customers. We think that he is definitely a professional in this area (despite the fact that he looks alike with the movie star "Chin Siu Ho"), his works are unique and normally custom-made. You might noticed that there are a lot of copycats out there in the market, esp. Kam Dou's, but pls trust us - we've done lots of research before appointing FilmPro, we've seen a lot of real and fake records, we think none of them are comparable to Ah Charles's work, this might explained why all the famous professional wedding photographers recommend and prefer to partner with FilmPro.

        Starting from the first meeting, Charles has already demonstrated his proven knowledge in this area, he gave us a lot of inputs and suggestions throughout the process, nevertheless, he even chose the background music on our behalf which turned out to fit very well of our theme and the atmosphere! FilmPro gives a lot of different options and shooting styles that you can choose from, they are always up-to-date and easy to suit everyone's taste. Our final copy is different from other production house as well as the standard samples that are shown on Filmpro's website. Hence, you will hardly find "copy cat" or duplicates.

        It has only taken 3-4 weeks time for us to receive the final product from Ah Charles, they turned out to be very good and we are totally satisfied. My wife and me are not the only ones who keep replaying the video, our parents are also so proud to show them to the relatives and friends. The most impressive part is the Same-Day editing. To be frank, initially we did not have much expectation in this part as our schedule was so tight that only 2-3 hours' processing time would be allowed. We requested Ah Charles to shoot and edit a brief summary of the whole day's event that would not be too boring to be shown during the banquet. To our great surprise, the summary clip is so supreme that all our guests, including us, are stunned when they were shown on the large screen during the dinner. It is totally unexpecting well produced, there are so many special moments and shoots captured - specifically one would never imagined that he could captured the natural reactions and moments like the smiles of each individuals, the eye-contact of the bride and groom, etc. The output is marvellous, all the moments are well-captured, the scenes, music and the story are amazingly well-organised and structured, no wonder Charles was smiling so confidently when the screen was showing his masterpiece.

        Concerning the MTV part, we feel that the circular effect shown in the sample is not suitable for us hence we did not take that option. Charles is flexible enough to offer other services as the complement. We have also made some minor changes requests after the DVD final product, which Charles had also been attending to them without reservation.

        Well, maybe what I've written seem to be pretty hard-sell, but the truth is you will only know and can understand my words if you have experienced the shooting by them. Some people might think that hiring FilmPro is not a cheap thing, but our view is - wedding is an "once in a lifetime" experience, people can never capture the moments in their brains, esp. if one day we become old. Those moments are always treasurable and not easy to be replayed, unless you have them captured and recorded nicely, then they can be the scenes that always be replayed to recall your memory and touch you. In short, we are totally satisfied with Filmpro and hopefully this would help in your decision making on the video shooting service for your Big Day.
